Our History
Redman Builders, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Steve Osceola, a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. A proud member of the Seminole Tribe's Panther Clan, Steve is committed to carrying on his family's legacy of quality construction, a tradition started by his father, Max Osceola Sr., owner of Florida Seminole Construction Company.
Steve Osceola grew up immersed in the construction world, accompanying his father to job sites from a young age. After obtaining his Certified Building Contractor license, Steve worked as a subcontractor for the Seminole Tribe, operating from a home office. In 1998, he founded his first company, Chief Development, Inc. After meeting Leo Vezina, a fellow contractor with over 60 years of experience, they partnered to form Redman Builders, Inc. in 2007.

- Leo Vezina, Vice President and Chief Estimator: Leo brings over 60 years of construction expertise, contributing to the growth and development of Redman Builders with a focus on accurate project estimation and management.
- Paul Vezina, Senior Project Manager: Paul has been instrumental in managing major projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across multiple phases of construction.

Redman Builders specializes in a wide range of construction services, including residential, commercial, and gaming projects. We are also in the process of obtaining Minority Business Enterprise certification from the state, which will enable us to bid on a broader array of government jobs.
